Flow-Corp Solutions is not a software company. We work with our clients to design work processes. We build them in Kissflow because it is one of the few platforms flexible enough to be shaped around how a business actually completes their work, instead of forcing the business to work the way the software is pre-designed.
WHY WE EXIST
DESIGN FIRST. BUILD SECOND.
Most companies start by looking for software that promises a ready-made solution. The challenge is that off-the-shelf systems are rarely built around the way a business actually operates. Teams adapt their processes to fit the software, workarounds become necessary, and the solution meant to make work easier can end up adding another layer of complexity.
We have seen it firsthand: work moving through email, disconnected systems that do not communicate across departments, spreadsheets being pushed far beyond what they were designed to do, and a few key people holding everything together through experience and memory.

That is why we design before we build. We work with the people doing the job to understand how information should move, where decisions need to happen, and what the business needs to see. Then we build the workflow around that process.

This ensures the software fits the business because the solution was designed around the business.

That is how Flow-Corp Solutions started. A client needed a clearer, more scalable information flow to meet business demands, and the answer was: design first, build second. That is still the work, and the order in which we do it.

More than 25 years of experience across operations, quality, safety, compliance, and corporate systems has provided a practical understanding of how work moves through an organization, and where it breaks down.

That experience is the foundation of Flow-Corp Solutions.

Workflow automation is not simply about building forms or connecting steps in software. It requires understanding who does the work, what information they need, where decisions happen, what needs approval, what must be documented, and what management needs to see.

That is the perspective Devon brings to every workflow.
Business Process Experience
Years spent working across field operations and corporate functions provide firsthand understanding of how processes operate beyond the procedure.

That means workflows are designed around the people who actually use them, with practical routing, responsibilities, approvals, notifications, and information capture built into the process from the beginning.
Process and Quality Systems
Experience developing and maintaining ISO 9001:2015 management systems, internal audit programs, document control, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and operational processes brings a disciplined approach to workflow design. Devon is an ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor and TapRooT® Facilitator.

Every workflow considers process ownership, accountability, records, controls, traceability, and continuous improvement, not simply whether information can move from one screen to another.

Flow-Corp Solutions is a Calgary, Alberta company, working with clients across Canada and beyond.

We believe the best workflows start with a clear understanding of how the work is actually being done. Whenever practical, we prefer to begin in person, meeting with the people involved, seeing the process firsthand, and understanding how information moves through the business.
​
Once that foundation is established, much of the design, configuration, implementation, and ongoing support can be completed remotely. Every organization is different, so we remain flexible and structure each engagement around what works best for the client, the team, and the process.
PARTNERSHIP
A KISSFLOW PARTNER
Flow-Corp Solutions is a Kissflow Partner. We build client workflows in Kissflow because it lets the workflow match the business, not the other way around. The partnership gives our clients a direct connection to Kissflow for licensing, platform support, and larger builds.
Our recommendation still starts with your process. If a workflow does not need new software, or Kissflow is not the right fit, we will tell you before any licence is discussed.
As a Kissflow Partner, Flow-Corp Solutions may receive a commission from Kissflow on platform subscriptions. This is disclosed during scoping. Clients can purchase their Kissflow subscription directly from Kissflow or through Flow-Corp, whichever suits their business.
